Santa Tereza's viaduct was designed to be a symbol of modern urban ideas and of the brazilian progress in urbanism. Then it became the image of urban space segregation, meaningless for society and harmful area for pedestrians. Every week underneath the Viaduct a urban music competition takes place, joining people from different social backgrounds.
