Among different symbols of polish lanscape (crosses, specific memorials, churches, fields of poppys), the statue of Pope John Paul II is the most powerfull and recognised one. From the aesthetic point of view all his statues disfigure our landscape, but the they represent the history of Poland, and also menthality and primality of the people living there.
