Lilium bosniacum is lily native to Bosnia and Herzegovina. It’s also known as Golden Lily and Bosnian Lily. The Golden Lily is a symbol of the Bosnian Kingdom and Bosnia. The Coat of arms used by the members of the house Kotromanić, sovereigns of medieval Bosnia and the surrounding lands, consisted of six golden lilies on a blue background with a white ribbon.
