On this page we have compiled all monitoring and evaluation reports generated within the lifetime of the ERASMUS Cooperation Project 'OLA - Towards and Open Landscape Academy for Democratic Landscape Transformation'

Set of indicators

Overall, the following indicators were guiding the design of our evaluation formats:

Quantitative indicators:

  • Number of educators joining OLA during the project from outside the consortium;
  • Number of fields of knowledge integrated into the project
  • Number of students attending to OLA during the project (divided by country and school of provenance);
  • Total number of students;
  • Number of activists and professional practitioners who joined OLA during the project;
  • Number of people (including educators, students, stakeholders, community members,) reached during the project;
  • Number of underserved groups and communities engaged as a result of the project
  • Number of sustainable development goals impacted by the project activities

Qualitative indicators:

  • educators’ perspectives on being part of OLA;
  • sense of equity in addressing democracy challenges;
  • sense of inclusiveness and accessibility to joining OLA from outside the consortium;
  • Accessibility inside the network in reaching out other members of OLA;
  • Types and variety of democracy challenges addressed during the program;
  • an OLA ‘partner barometer’ informed by pre-post activity surveys to gauge the transformative nature of the project principles onto all participants.
  • A reflection on challenges and opportunities faced and practical ways to overcome these challenges in subsequent project phases

Monitoring and Evaluation Formats

  • Pre- and post surveys in the context of online and onsite learning activities
  • Pre- and post team survey (development of values, understanding, competences)
  • Focus groups
