I believe studying an area such as this one, greatly affected by growth in terms of industry, housing and transportation, will give a picture of how a growing suburban area works. The area in question has a rural and ecclesiastical history to some degree and with its airport that is secondary to the famous Arlanda Airport it has been discussed politically for almost a century. It is thus difficult to decide whether it should be allowed to take on full development in accordance with its heavy traffic flow or if it should be treated with a gentle hand, and not least, what role the public and civilian actors should have in the process. | |||

I believe studying an area such as this one, greatly affected by growth in terms of industry, housing and transportation, will give a picture of how a growing suburban area works. The area in question has a rural and ecclesiastical history to some degree and with its airport that is secondary to the famous Arlanda Airport it has been discussed politically for almost a century.
