Rationale: Why have you chosen this case for the landscape and democracy seminar?
- Why is this case relevant?
- Today, it is a big challenge to understand homelessness is a problem or not. Homelessness is a global issue which all of us facing with homeless peoples in daily life. There are many political, social, and democratic projects are around the world that they working on this issue as we can see in out neighborhood. Even they became as a part of urban landscape in some countries.
So it is difficult to understand, homelessness is a “problem” or “an accepted way of life”.
