			Our code of conduct was to be in communication with each other consistently. As we are all in different locations and cannot meet physically we wanted to assure that we were always in contact so we knew where we were in regards to the project and what needed to be done.
			Always dividing up the work equally helped too, to make sure that we all pulled our weight.
