In 2011, Khulna City Corporation (KCC) took initial steps to intervene in the park based on the demand of Khulna city people. <br />
After the intervention, it is now one of the successful urban public space. Every evening people use to come & enjoy themselves with beautiful landscapes. Moreover, this is also a place for showing the respect to shahid minar for martyrs who have sacrificed their life for mother language.</div>Rahat.nafiz
