Democracy is a participative process which redistrib...</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>Landscape is an integrative matrix that consists of several dimension such as cultural, environmental/ecological, social and economical aspects serving people and creatures in the urban environment. <br /> Democracy is a participative process which redistributes power that enables all citizens who excluded from the political and economical affairs, to be included in the future. <br /> In my home country, Iran, It had started for the first time in 1985 when Iran signed an agreement with France for archaeological excavations. Before this, It&#039;s noticeable that in Safavid era, the expansion of Isfahan city and Charbagh street had been accomplished in an participatory process by people and the government. Somewhat that people had begun to construct gardens along side the main axis of city named &quot;Charbagh&quot; and create a garden city. But after the Islamic revolution in 1978 and due to changing the administrative and legislative system, the participatory process in urban planning and design was diminished. As far as today, people are not satisfied with urban execution processes and they do not even know how to participate in these processes. <br /> images are attached to this file show the perspective of Isfahan city in these days. Many gardens were ruined because of urban sprawl and developing.</div>
