"Finestrella" means small window in italian, since it's a window on a wall along the Via Piella porch. <br />
Through it you can see un unconventional view for the Bologna we know today, but a step back in time at the beginning of the XX century, when Bologna was still surrounded by rivers and its economy was based on fabrics produced thank to water-mills.<br />
This little view represent Bologna's connection with its origins, a bit hided but always there.</div>Gianmarco.gianni
