Decisions have to be taken, but it has to be easy for them to be revised and guided differently if needed.<br />

The authors of the change can only be people expressing their ideas, thoughts, feelings, visions as a community.<br />
If the community voice is raised and it’s given to them the power to express and take part in the process, solutions will never run out.<br />
